Production

Since our founding, Bilhan Textile has closely followed developments in the textile industry. Today we successfully apply the most preferred printing methods in our 22,000 m² indoor facility, producing 2,100,000 m of rotary print and 300,000 m of digital print every month.

We make every stage of our production traceable. At every step, we run tests to international standards in our physical and quality-control laboratory and serve the results to our customers.

In our dyehouse, built on superior technology, we produce 1,530,000 m of flat dyeing and rope dyeing per month. Our dyehouse responds quickly to both in-house and external (commission) orders.

All physical and chemical tests are carried out by our expert team in the laboratory of the Bilhan Textile dyehouse.

With a team that constantly develops itself to achieve the highest quality, we secure the best supply and bring technology and design together in our woven fabrics. We produce 500,000 m of woven fabric per month in our facilities.

With our talented 12-person R&D team of specialists, we develop innovative products and production models by combining today's and tomorrow's customer expectations and current trends with textile technologies.
